We are a small but bustling studio & strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days of the order being placed, unless otherwise noted in the product listing.
Please allow extra order processing & shipping time during the holiday season (November-December) & during product launch weeks, up to 6-8 business days.
We ship daily, Monday through Friday, & our studio is closed Saturday & Sunday.
Items are shipped via USPS or UPS.
For holiday delivery by December 25, please order by the dates below. Any potential delivery delays are out of our control and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We offer USPS international shipping. Delivery time, which is not guaranteed, varies by destination.
Please be aware possible duty, vat &/or taxes may be assessed as per the laws & regulations of the destination country. Please check with your local postal carrier for more specific information. Recipients are responsible for payment of these potential fees.
Our shipping costs depend on the package weight & are automatically determined for each order via a direct app connection with USPS. We unfortunately have no control over the shipping costs nor do we add any cost to shipping.
Please note: Inquiries for lost or damaged packages cannot be processed for First Class International Mail without the Registered Mail services.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
The eCommerce platform our shop runs through automatically charges as soon as the order is placed, not when it ships.
We take great care in describing, photographing & quality testing every item in our shop. While returns are not accepted, please make us aware of any defects discovered within 48 hours of package receipt so we may rectify the situation.
Exchanges may be made within 10 days. Buyer pays return shipping & we ask the items be returned new & unused.
As of now, no in-person workshops are planned. However, we are looking to organize a few in the future!
You can access Kristy’s tutorial by scanning the QR code provided on the product packaging. Hover your smartphone camera over the QR code & a yellow link will pop up, click on the link & it will take you to a website & the lesson is at the top.

Customer service is offered via email only & you should receive a response within one business day. If we are busy or receiving an influx of emails, it may take a little longer to get a response, your patience is appreciated!

Policies
Your experience with Kristy’s art should be nothing but a joyful one. If for any reason you are not thrilled with your choice of item or pattern and would like an exchange, please get in touch within 10 days. Buyer pays return shipping and we ask the items be returned new and unused.
If you notice a quality defect before use, please get in touch within 48 hours of receipt so we can replace your item immediately.
We spend a great deal of time on our shop photography to accurately represent the glorious detail in each and every piece. Keep in mind, however, that monitors display colors differently.
